Fourth Ave Closed Saturday Night 7/26

Andra.facadeSeattle’s annual Seafair Torchlight Run and Parade will take place on the evening of Saturday July 26, 2014. The route runs along Fourth Avenue in downtown Seattle, right outside Hotel Ändra’s front doors. We anticipate that Fourth Avenue will be closed between 5:30pm and 11:00pm.

If you are planning to drive to or from Hotel Ändra within that time period, please be advised that the Hotel Ändra valet will be temporarily relocated. We will have staff along the east side of Fifth Avenue between Lenora Street and Virginia Street to park your vehicle and escort you to our lobby.

The Torchlight Run begins at 6:30pm followed by the Torchlight Parade at 7:30pm.

If you plan to arrive or return by car to Hotel Ändra during the Fourth Avenue closure, please use the following directions to the hotel:

From Southbound I-5:
Take Stewart / Denny Way Exit # 166, merge onto Denny Way going westbound, turn left onto Taylor Avenue and turn left again onto 5th Avenue. Drive 6 blocks and merge into the left lane. Look for the Hotel Ändra Valet Parking sign on the left side of 5th Avenue after Lenora Street.

From Northbound I-5:
Take Seneca Street Exit #165 (which is a left lane exit), turn right onto 6th Avenue, turn left onto Lenora and turn left again onto 5th Avenue. Look for the Hotel Ändra Valet Parking sign on the left side of 5th Avenue after Lenora Street.

If you are planning on dining at Lola or Assaggio Ristorante, or another nearby restaurants please contact the Hotel Ändra concierge to make arrangements. We highly recommend that you make reservations, as these restaurants are traditionally full during the Torchlight events.
